Enterprise Plus is a free membership reward program that gives you one point for every qualifying dollar you spend on qualifying Enterprise Plus program rentals, to redeem for free rental days at participating Enterprise locations in North America. The more you rent, the greater the rewards.
Enterprise Plus membership is available to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Members must adhere to rental age requirements, which may vary by Enterprise and Drive AllianceSM participating location.
The fastest, easiest way is to visit enterprise.com and click Join Now. Then complete the Create Your Account form, including the creation of an online password.
You can also join by calling Loyalty Member Services at 1-866-540-6222, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time or at the time of rental at participating Enterprise locations worldwide.

Once your membership is activated, you are eligible to earn points with every qualifying rental, which are redeemable for free rental days.

Once your membership is activated, you are eligible to earn points for qualifying Enterprise Plus program rentals with return dates on or after your activation date when you provide your Enterprise Plus member number each time you make a reservation for a qualifying rental. If you log in and book through enterprise.com, your member number will automatically be associated with your reservation. If you have qualifying activity, your points balance will be displayed on your account activity.
"Qualifying U.S. dollars (USD) spent" is defined as time and mileage (base rate), paid upgrades, and additional add-ons (such as GPS, ski racks and car racks), less any discounts or credits; and excludes all taxes and surcharges, vehicle license fees, airport-related fees, insurance costs, fuel purchase option, and refueling. Points will be rounded to the nearest USD. For rentals outside the U.S., the currency will be converted into USD based on the exchange rate at time of rental return.

Additionally, rentals at nonparticipating Enterprise and Drive Alliance partner locations are not eligible to earn points and do not count toward elite status.
For Enterprise rentals, you must provide your Enterprise Plus member number each time you make a reservation for a qualifying rental. If you book online, you must first login so your member number will be automatically associated with your reservation. Rentals and rental days will be tracked automatically and reflected in your account activity, accessible via the My Account page.
For National rentals, first confirm within your Emerald Club member profile that your award selection is set to receive Frequent Traveler Credits. Select Enterprise Plus from the first drop-down menu for Frequent Traveler Programs and then enter your Enterprise Plus number in the field directly to the right.
You can request credit for missing rental activity up to six months after your rental return date. Missing points will be added for completed qualifying rentals returned on or after the date you activated your membership.
For Enterprise rentals:
First login and click on My Account. Then select the Missing Rental Activity form.
To complete this form, you must know your Rental Agreement number or Reservation number, along with pickup location and your pickup and return dates.
For National rentals:
Please call National Customer Service at 1-800-962-7070 (Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern Time). To expedite your request, please have your Rental Agreement number or Reservation number available, along with your pickup location and pickup and return dates.
Yes, you may choose to transfer points to a friend or family member who is also an Enterprise Plus member. Then that member can follow the required steps to redeem the points for free Enterprise rental days in North America. To transfer points, login; then click on My Account to access the Transfer Points form.
No, not as long as you remain an active renter. Each time you earn one or more points toward a qualifying rental, your points balance will remain intact for the following 36 months. In other words, as long as you earn points for a qualifying rental from Enterprise Plus program rental at least once every 36 months, your points won't expire.
You could redeem for a free rental day with as few as 400 points. The amount of points required will vary based on the rental details you provide. To determine how many points are required for a specific rental, once you have a points balance on your account, login to your account, click on Redeem Points and then enter your rental details.
Free rental days may be booked on all car classes at participating Enterprise locations only within the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico, including airports and neighborhood locations. As long as the car class is available at the specified participating location for the dates requested when booking online at enterprise.com, it will be eligible for free rental day redemption.

The elite program year runs from March 1 through the end of February. Once you qualify for an elite level, your status will be valid for the elite program year in which you qualified, plus the following elite program year. For example, if you qualified for an elite level in September 2013, you will enjoy that elite status through February 2015 (i.e., the remainder of the elite program year, plus the entire following elite year).

Yes, any qualifying National Car Rental transaction that you complete using Enterprise Plus as your preferred Frequent Traveler Earning Partner will count toward your Enterprise Plus tier status. Just be sure to visit your Emerald Club profile and set your award selection to Frequent Traveler Credits. There are a small number of locations in the U.S. and Canada where Alamo services your Enterprise Rent-A-Car rentals. Be sure to always log in to your Enterprise Plus account before booking your rental through enterprise.com [.ca, .co.uk, .ie, .de, .fr,] and you will be eligible to receive points even though the transaction is completed at the Alamo counter.
